The ingredients are very fresh, the dishes are served quickly, and the portions are large. I hope I can keep up the momentum. Business will probably be even better. The service is getting better and better. The waiters are not too far away and take great care of us.

Accueil sympathique. Ap&eacute;ritif avec deux kirs excellents en terrasse devant un magnifique panorama, &agrave;  perte de vue, sur les terres de l&#39;Aubrac. D&icirc;ner copieux et succulent. Dos de cabillaud et magret de canard entier parfaitement cuisin&eacute;s. Salade de saison pour deux. Sompueux d&eacute;caf&eacute; Li&eacute;geois et excellent fondant &agrave; la ch&acirc;taigne. Merci pour cette excellente soir&eacute;e et pour l&#39;addition contenue &agrave; 30&euro; par personne.
